The Alexandria Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for businesses that are setting the standards for excellence and innovation with their business practices and community involvement. Only current members in good standing as of the date of this entry are eligible for nomination. The deadline for submissions is July 1, 2012.

CRITERIA/RULES: 1. At the time of nomination, the business/employer must be located in Alexandria. 2. This company has demonstrated outstanding efforts to set standards for excellence and innovation with their business practices and community involvement. 3. Business is required to be a member of the Chamber of Commerce in good standing. 4. Current selection taskforce members and past winners are not eligible for the award. 5. Nominations will be accepted from chamber members, but all nominators must identify themselves. 6. Selection of award winners rests with the selection taskforce, whose decision is final. 7. Information provided on the business may be used in publicity materials.
